Claire Shapton has an MA from the Department of Geography at Simon Fraser University. She researched supportive housing in Abbotsford BC, in partnership with a peer-based organization, Drug War Survivors.
Marina Chavez has an MA from the Department of Geography at Simon Fraser University. She researched the practices of home-making in single-room occupancy hotels in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside, in partnership with the community based research project, Right to Remain.
